Description: The first item is a photocopy of a 1953 edition of History of Jackson County released to coincide with the state’s 150th anniversary.

The second item is a copy of Jackson: A Series of Personal Recollections by an Unknown Citizen of a Century Ago compiled by Romaine Aten Jones – who is also the author of Early Jackson.

The third item is a photocopy of the Jackson County section of Development of Ohio’s Counties and their Historic Courthouses published by the County Commissioners Association of Ohio.

The fourth item is a typed paper on the history of the Gibson House – author unknown.

The fifth item is flyer/order form for the 175th Anniversary Jackson County History Book sponsored by the Jackson County Genealogical Society from 1991.

The sixth item is a special supplement to The Time-Journal from March 26th, 2000 entitled A Day in the Life… A Jackson County Scrapbook.
