Description: wire/gold plated eye glasses with bifocal lenses (.01) and original black storage case marked L.T. Fenning Jeweler and Optician Jackson Ohio in gold colored text (.02).  Original owner was grandfather of Herman P. Grow (1924-2005).

Herman P. Grow used the glasses when he portrayed Santa Claus in the Dayton Ohio area in the 1960s. In 1985, Herman P. and wife Ruth Ann Grow (donor) moved to Jackson County to care for his father Forrest P. Grow.
